He is a Brazilian Politician. He even want to change his name to Barrack Obama to get a voice at Rio de Janiero Governor Election.

Gerardo Puisseaux is clearly the only one of the six who truly resembles President Obama. Someone apparently uses a very loose comparison to President Obama’s image.
